Delivery Details
• At the moment I am shipping to the UK only on this site but if you are outside the UK and you would like to place an order then please email me at mail@droptheweasel.com and I will advise on the shipping costs to your area.
• I try to ship orders as fast as possible but in the event that I need to frame prints or have extras printed please allow up to 14 days from the day of placing your order for your delivery to get to you.
• If your order is not with you within the 14 day time frame you have the right to cancel your order and a refund will be given. Where possible a tracking number will be issued for orders.
• Your order will be shipped to the address attached to the PayPal account making the payment unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. I am not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect address information given to me. Please take the time to check that all your PayPal details are correct and up to date.
• Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.
• If there is any problem with the shipping date I will contact you via email.
• For the larger more bulky orders (prints) I use a courier service so on occasions a signature may be required at it’s destination.
• Please make a point of examining your order on receipt, if there is a problem with it or if it is damaged in any way please email me at mail@droptheweasel.com and send me a photograph of the damage. This will enable me to get in touch with the courier service provider with all the details.
Returns Policy
• I want you to be totally satisfied with your Drop the Weasel order. Every item sent out is inspected to make sure it’s in tip top condition and as you would expect to receive it.
• However if you do need to return an item then please do so within 5 working days of the date of delivery and in the condition it was shipped to you. Returned items not in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
• Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
• For any order damaged in the post please send me a photograph of the damage and email it to me at mail@droptheweasel.com
